RouteWeave is an independent early-stage project. This notice explains how the site handles information when you submit a route request.
Information we collect
When you submit the form, we collect your email address, any profession, qualification country and destination country you provide, the submission time, and the version of the consent notice. The profession and country fields are optional. Do not send passport numbers, identity documents, diploma scans, medical information, or other sensitive data.
Purpose and retention
We use requests to understand which routes people need and to plan research. We do not send automatic marketing or launch emails. Requests are kept for up to 12 months; expired records are removed when the request store is next updated. We do not sell this information or share it with advertisers. TransIP provides the webhosting where the request data is stored.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your request, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing the site operator. Include the email address you used so the request can be found.
Technical data
The form uses a short-lived abuse-prevention counter based on a one-way hash of the connection address. The original address is not written to the request record; the counter expires after one hour. The site does not use advertising pixels or third-party analytics cookies.
